Long time multi-talented musician MUX who's been a favorite in Canada, at various progressive events is here with almost a household name in the BC electronic scene LongWalkShortDock. We're going to be spending an hour dismantling the concept of songwriting, and letting them explain and school you listeners on the art of performing a live show using improvised patterns and loops on Synthesizers, Drum Machines, Samplers, and Effects Pedals. We'll be discussing how one can get started with making bits and pieces of music, and where you can get a chance to see some of this happening, this coming Saturday in the Vancouver area. Playing songs and remixes from many genres that he wrote and produced, LWSD performs live PA with live vocals, synthesizers, drum machines, guitar, effects, toys, computers and even some of his own strobes and lighting. Know for his incredibly "enthusiastic" performances, longwalkshortdock creates an undeniable stage presence and visceral experience at a show.
