• a fairly bittersweet moment for me. the last SLEIZURE with guests on it. No, it's not the end, I'm gonna be saving those last two for myself - but this is the big one. Plugging in extra power bars - adding more splitters for the XLRs, and surely, bringing you the music. After almost 7 years, SLEIZURE is getting ready to hang up the headphones and mute the mic. Times change, and it's just time for a little break. Never say never, we'll be back, in a different form, later. so this one is the one where we have an open invite for anyone to come up, play a set - permanently etch yourself into our archives located at http://www.sleizure.ca/shows/ forever. If you don't play music and want to come out and pay your respects for 7 years of progressive hard as hell, oh my god how do you dance to that, hey thats sorta funky neat and i can dig it electronic music without sticking your hands in the air and saying 'wow' you are more than welcome to. this will be a listening party of sorts, and also one of the goodbye parties for the host 'dave conroy/gene eric'. This will be broadcast live at 90.1 FM in the Vancouver Area, and on the internet. We hope you can come. We had major technical difficulties - with turntables not working, audio not firing properly - but we moved forward.
