See you in 2017 is what PCP etched on the edge of the record of their many releases. True innovators in their sound, they hold the title of putting out the first Hardcore track in 1989 as Mescalinum United – We have arrived, getting some notice by Lenny Dee in New York to start off his Industrial Strength record label, and a remix treatment by Aphex Twin. Since then, members Marc Arcadipane, Slam Burt, and Miro Pajic have continued to push boundaries of dance music whether it be minimal techno, hardcore, breakbeats, or jungle to raise the bar for further producers. I’d argue that some of the releases still sound as fresh today as they did 18 years ago. SLEIZURE has been pushing the PCP sound since the very beginning and this live set from 1993 captures some of the sounds from their many sublabels and aliases that they produced under.

Sept 17 2010 – So you couldn’t keep us away for too long it seems! SLEIZURE has been reborn with a new format, and web only. This time, we’re going to focus on PREVIOUSLY FROZEN CUTS – old mixtapes and live sets that have since disappeared off the radar of most people. We’ll be showcasing artists of various harder genres.

Quality may be the shits as these are obviously mostly cassette tape rips, but the real important part is the content! Frequency of posts will vary as well, as I’m cycling around the world on a bike!

For this special inaugural episode, we’re continuing in the tradition of the infamous SLEIZURE-BQ parties, and giving you a 6 hour set loaded with various genres!

Hour1 – Respectin’ the Architects (should make the crusty ’92 oldschoolers move)
